Que Pasa Mexican Cafe is a family-owned restaurant group operating four California locations, in Fresno, Visalia, Atascadero, and Bakersfield. You can find the address and phone number for each restaurant on our Locations page.

Information you give us

• Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type, nearest restaurant (optional), and your message. Your submission is delivered to us by email so we can respond.
• Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide so we can send you specials and updates.

Information collected automatically

• Technical details. When you submit the contact form, our server records the IP address and the page the submission came from, alongside the date and time. This helps us prevent spam and abuse.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting environment keeps routine technical logs (such as pages requested and IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not require an account to use this website, and we do not collect payment information on this site. Online orders are placed through a separate third-party ordering service (see below).

Third-party services on this site

• Online ordering. "Order Online" buttons take you to a third-party ordering platform (order.online). Any information you provide there — including payment details — is collected by that platform, not by us.
• Maps. Our location pages embed Google Maps to show directions. Google may collect technical data (such as your IP address) when the map loads.
• Fonts and page assets. Fonts and some styling assets load from content-delivery networks (Google Fonts, Cloudflare CDN). These services receive standard technical data such as your IP address when the assets load.
• Social media. Links to our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn pages take you to those platforms, which operate under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party content (such as Google Maps) may set cookies governed by the third party's own policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

Contact form messages and newsletter signups are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep records of catering and event arrangements, after which they may be deleted. Routine server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
